Initial Consultation
We always start with understanding the goal for the project - why our client is looking to design and build and what is their aspiration. We have a thorough Wishlist that we send to clients and review alongside them prior to beginning any initial designs. Our team has an expert understanding of city zoning by-laws, committee of adjustment, site plan approval, city policies, design guidelines, and provincial bodies such as conservation authorities. A good start is to obtain a topographical survey, which is key to understanding the physical constraints of the site; if possible, we will visit the site for further understanding. With this knowledge, we are able to provide a full picture of the potential of the site. In our initial preliminary project discussion, we will review this information to ensure the goals for the project are achievable. We believe understanding & communicating feasibility is the first step of any project.
Design & Build
Our team consist of talented architects, designers, and builders who work with our clients to create costume designs that precisely meet their unique requirements and desires. We carefully consider factors such as the project's location, terrain, and local building codes to ensure that the design not only looks beautiful but also services a practical and functional purpose. Project Management
With our skilled team of site supervisors, we ensure seamless integration of every aspect of your project. Central to our holistic design approach, we take charge of guiding you through each step of the process and ensuring meticulous care for your design. Throughout the construction phase, we provide supervision to ensure the accurate execution of the interior design and fit-out. This includes sourcing and procuring materials and fixtures if they are not supplied by the main contractor. To address any concerns that may arise during onsite work, we offer this service and collaborate closely with our main Interior & Exterior Contractor and suppliers.
